Poor Mochi, good thing is that once he has his surgery he will have a full pain free life! Mochi is our 2 year old male bearded dragon currently awaiting a hemipene amputation due to how infected it is. Unlike mammals, reptiles have two hemipenes and they are only used for reproduction, not urination. So once he is recovered from this surgery, he will hopefully have a full pain free life.
