THIS WEEK we introduced the demon circle… I mean…..magic circle to our Signature class. Why? 🤍 Deeper muscle activation; inner thighs, glutes, arms… it burns! 🤍 Extra focus, honing in on the concentration principle of Pilates. 🤍 Better control — especially in single-leg footwork. The circle keeps your tabletop leg aligned which prevents any hip hitching, and by pressing into the circle, we are also activating those arm muscles. Small prop. Big difference.
