It’s important to document your corset training journey (I do so via daily videos on my YouTube channel), so be sure to take photos, videos, measurements or all the above. 🌸 if you’re struggling, something you could do is: measure your waist before you put your corset on at bedtime, and also measure over your corset after you’ve laced it; and then do so again in the morning when you wake up. ALSO, remember that our bodies rebuild, rejuvenate, and transform while we sleep!
