EASY ROW FORM CHECKLIST: At the END (aka “finish”) of the rowing stroke, make sure: 1. Your elbows are both OUT and BACK with wrists flat. 2. The handle is pulled right below the chest (below the bra strap). 3. Your shoulders are relaxed and eyes and head are forward. 4. Your body is leaned back at a 1 o clock angle. On the RETURN of the stroke to come up for the next stroke, make sure: 1. You RELAX your arms down and out over your knees (don’t punch out!) 2. As you bend your knees, lean forward
