A developer plans to break ground this summer on a $47 million project next to the shuttered Beach Waterpark site.

After purchasing 22 acres of Northeast Austin land in January, an Austin-based industrial developer is aiming to have its latest project there completed in under a calendar year.

Operation Dream Job is evolving once again, and now comes through malicious dependencies on bare-bones projects.
