A UFC fight scheduled for Saturday night was canceled after a fighter fainted following the official weigh-in. Cameron Smotherman was scheduled to fight Ricky Turcios at UFC 324 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday night.

A scheduled UFC 324 bout between Alexander Hernandez and Michael Johnson has been scrapped following reported betting irregularities.

Sports books were limiting bets on this UFC 324 fight due to irregular betting patterns.

Paddy Pimblett (23-3 MMA, 7-0 UFC) was the first fighter to the scale for his interim lightweight title fight against Justin Gaethje (26-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC), who ironically was the last fighter to come to the scale during the one-hour window. Pimblett was a pound under at 154; Gaethje was 155 on the nose.

The post-fight bonuses at UFC 324 on Saturday are double the amount handed out at UFC 323 in December

Paddy Pimblett is the odds-on favorite to beat Justin Gaethje and claim the interim lightweight belt Saturday in Las Vegas in the main event of UFC 324. Former titleholder Charles Oliveira could be next for him if Ilia Topuria’s projected return doesn’t come to fruition.
