Midland County dog owners have until March 1 to license their dogs or face delinquent fees and a possible misdemeanor charge.
The Ohio Revised Code requires that dogs over three months old be licensed. Failure to comply with licensing regulations can result in fines of up to $250 and imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
