Chicago Weather: Cloudy and possible fog tonight, potential drizzle tomorrow
Tonight will be cloudy with a chance for some fog. The potential for drizzle moves in early tomorrow. Fox Chicago's Kaitlin Cody has the forecast.
CHICAGO - The area started with about average temperatures for Sunday, which were slightly warmer than yesterday. Fox Chicago Meteorologist Mark Strehl has the forecast. We’re looking at a forecast of about 33 degrees in Chicago, and other highs in the low 30s throughout the suburban areas.
The Chicago area could see temperatures soaring well above their seasonal averages this week, though those readings could come with chances of rain.

Chicago Weather: Slightly colder-than-normal temps, mostly no snow
Fox Chicago’s Mark Strehl has the forecast. We started out with temperatures slightly colder than normal, but there isn’t anything particularly bitter in store today. Daytime highs may struggle to hit 30 degrees. Fortunately, winds have been pretty light at around 4 to 5 mph. The normal high is usually around 33 degrees for this time of year.
Meteorologists are expecting 45 to 55 mph winds overnight into Monday in the Chicago area. Temps could also drop overnight into the teens with subzero wind chills. Snow showers accumulating up to an inch are also possible early Monday.
The Chicago area is going to see above-average temperatures in coming days, but along with that will come multiple chances for rain.

Monday forecast: Early spring-like conditions in Chicagoland, with mild temps under mostly cloudy skies
The first full week of January this year will bring conditions more in line with early spring across Chicagoland. We'll see plenty of gray skies but also temperatures well above seasonal norms, including highs possibly touching 50 in some locations later this week.
